Solutions/DevOps & Cloud

DevOps without holding your breath at deployment.

We build CI/CD pipelines, containerize services and implement infrastructure as code. Cloud migrations are planned and run in stages, with a clear budget. A release should be routine, not an event.

Why it matters

Why deployments cause stress

A deployment that causes stress usually has one thing in common: it's rare. If a change reaches production once a week or once a month, every release becomes an event the team braces for, stays late for, and crosses fingers over. It's a vicious circle: rare deployments are big and risky, so they happen even less often.

The fix isn't more caution, it's smaller, more frequent changes that go through the same automated steps every time: build, test, deploy. When something breaks, it's easy to roll back one small change. It's hard to roll back a release that collected a month's worth of fixes.

We build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code that fit what the company already has, instead of making everyone start from scratch. If a cloud migration makes sense, we run it in stages, with a way back at every one of them. The goal is for deployment to stop being an event and become something that happens many times a day without anyone noticing.

Scope

What the module covers

CI/CD pipelines

Automatic build, tests and deploy on every code change.

Infrastructure as code

Environments described in code: reproducible, versioned, no manual configuration.

Containerization

Docker and orchestration. One environment from a developer laptop to production.

Staged cloud migration

We move systems gradually, with a rollback option at every stage.

Cost optimization

Configured so you don't pay for resources nobody uses.

Monitoring & alerting

Visibility into system health before users notice anything.

Process

How the engagement works

1

Process audit

We map how a change travels from commit to production, and your current environments.

2

Pipeline design

We design CI/CD, infrastructure as code and a staged migration plan.

3

Parallel build

The new pipeline and environments are built next to the running ones. Zero downtime.

4

Cutover & handover

A controlled switch, documentation and team training.

Outcome

What you get

This is what you get at the end. You can work with it from the next day, on your own or with us.

A working CI/CD pipeline
Environments described as code
Cloud migration plan and execution
Production monitoring and alerting
Documentation and runbooks
Team training on the new process
Who it is for

This module makes sense if…

Deployments take you more than an hour, releases stress the team out, and infrastructure grows faster than documentation. Or running your own server room no longer pays off and you need to scale faster than your current setup allows.

Results

What changes

3 days → 40 min

Average deployment time after automation.

0 downtime

During pipeline and cloud migrations.

-30%

Typical infrastructure cost reduction after optimization.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to stop work during the rollout?

No. The new process is built alongside the running one, and we switch only when everything is tested.

Do you work on our stack or impose your own?

We build on what you have wherever possible. We only replace what blocks you.

Which cloud?

Whatever fits your needs and costs. We are not tied to a single vendor.
