A team of engineers who spent most of their careers keeping systems alive in production, not just designing them.
Nalvica was founded by two engineers who had spent years supporting external companies with their IT infrastructure, beginning with a single client and gradually taking on more. That collaboration grew into ongoing engagements with an expanding scope of responsibility.
The scope of services grew alongside the number of companies served: from hardware and network maintenance, through full IT outsourcing, to responsibility for a client's entire technology environment.
Alongside day-to-day operations, they built automations to reduce manual work: automatically generated reports, data exchange between systems without manual input, and process improvements that previously consumed a significant share of client teams' time. Where available software didn't meet a client's needs, they developed dedicated applications: CRM systems, HR/payroll tools and accounting software tailored to that company's processes.
Their scope of expertise extended to cloud infrastructure as well: managing AWS, Azure and GCP environments, configuring hosting and domains, and securing company email in line with SPF and DMARC standards. They also built reporting, analytics and monitoring solutions that surfaced issues before they affected system performance.
The offering further included areas rarely covered by companies specializing in a single area of IT: SMS gateways, voicebots, VoIP telephony, as well as support and repair services for computers, printers and servers.
Nalvica was founded to bring this experience and expertise together under one consistent offering, led by the same team and built on the same principle: good IT systems should never be a source of stress, not for the team that runs them, not for the customers who rely on them. That's why every engagement starts with checking how things really are.
